Shake Cats is the new project of 34-year-old Portland-based Photographer Carli Davidson. Davidson is an animal rights activist who found most of her subjects from local rescued animals. After shooting a nice head shot of each cat for the shelter website, helping them to get adopted almost immediately, Davidson gave the cats a cleaning session, after which the cats would usually shake themselves. And the magic happens at this moment :)
