This 90-year-old tortoise lost its two front legs after rats chew it off. The tortoise is called Mrs T, and her owners had the brilliant idea to glue wheels from a model aircraft onto her shell. The upside of all this is that she is going at least twice as fast.
It was like fitting her with a turbo charger – she’s going double the speed she used to. She uses her back legs to push herself along. She seems quite happy, but it’s difficult to tell with a tortoise.
