I’m always appreciative when I see these incredible sculptures or installations made of thousands of pieces…maybe because I cannot imagine the time and the patience to make them!
Today, we present you a stunning wooden installation in form of a wave with a complex structure made out of 9076 wooden pieces. The idea behind this installation is that everything in nature is made from little individual components, from atoms to molecules and to incredible and complex structures like us the humans!
This sculpture called “Part to Whole” was made by HG-Architecture studio from Seoul (Korea) and was exposed at the MMCA (National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) in Seoul.
